Biography
Natalie MacNeil is a media producer and consultant, specializing in online media and marketing. She is a passionate entrepreneur, award winning blogger, and speaker.
Natalie has developed an impressive portfolio of online, interactive media projects. Her blog, She Takes On The World, has received international attention as one of Forbes’ Ten Best Career Sites for Women and ForbesWoman’s Top 100 Websites for Women. She Takes on the World was also named a 2009 finalist for Blog of the Year at the Stevie Awards, dubbed “the Oscar’s of business awards.”
She recently launched The Women’s Business Academy, an online curriculum of courses and business training for women entrepreneurs.
Natalie is frequently quoted and interviewed in the media and featured on blogs and radio shows discussing entrepreneurship, women in business, and social media. Her strong online presence has led her to appear in top media outlets including Forbes.com, Entrepreneur.com, Examiner.com, and Financial Post.
In 2009, Natalie was recognized as one of Canada’s top 25 young entrepreneurs by the Impact Organization. She graduated with an honours degree in Political Science and Business from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada where she currently resides.
